CORIANDER RICE THAT BRINGS FLAVOR

  • Rinse the Himalayan Chef Basmati Rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Drain well.
  • Heat the oil or ghee in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the cumin seeds and Himalayan Chef Coriander Seeds, toasting them until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until golden brown.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
