EXPERT RECOMMENDATION
Maida is manufactured from a blend of hard and soft wheat and is the most convenient to use since it has been processed to have a softer texture than whole wheat flour. Despite its ease of use, Maida flour is a refined grain. To enhance fiber consumption, we advocate substituting refined grains with whole grains.
KITCHEN TIPS!
Barley Atta can be utilized similarly to whole wheat flour. Barley Flour is ideal for rotti and bakery items like bread, biscuits, cookies, pasta, and noodles.
