Quick and Easy “Lemon Grilled Chicken”

It’s a usual practice that easy to cook and less time taking recipes are made frequently than others. Lemon Grilled Chicken is a quick, easy and one of the most delicious marinades for chicken which can be easily cooked in 30 to 35 minutes with very simple and frequently available ingredients. The recipe will work great when you have your guests at your doorsteps without informing you about their arrival. In that hurry, you can impress them by making this appetizing marinade in no time.

Ingredients:

Ingredients which you have to use to make yummy grilled chicken are economical as well as abundant. Here is the list

  • Lemon Juice
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Red Pepper
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Pink salt
  • Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
  • Chopped Garlic cloves
  • Mustard

Cooking Directions:

Take a bowl and mix 1/3 cup lemon juice, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 tablespoon mustard, 2 chopped large garlic cloves, ½ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt, 2 tablespoons finely chopped bell red pepper and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Make a mixture of all these ingredients and set aside ¼ cup of this mixture for basting. Take 4 skinless boneless chicken breast halves and place in the bowl. Mix with hands and marinate for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

Wash or clean the grill carefully. As we have to grill the marinated chicken so preheat the grill at a high temperature.

Oil the grill grate lightly. Take out the marinated chicken from refrigerator and place those chicken pieces on grill. Cook each side for maximum 6 to 8 minutes. While grilling, you can baste the pieces occasionally with the reserved mixture (marinade). Cook until the juices run clear.

Your mouth-watering dish is ready to serve to your guests. You can serve with tomato or chili sauces and the fresh salad.
