Mostly, people want to try the recipes that are less time consuming as well as have enriched taste at the same time. As the name shows that cheesy potatoes are a recipe which is lip-smacking and healthy and can be cooked in simple and fast steps. All you need is to mix some potatoes with some cream and cheese, pour some natural pink salt and just bake them. Moreover, you don’t need a lot of money in your pocket to taste this luscious dish.

How to cook???
Roughly peel 2-3 pounds of potatoes. Wash them and with a sharp knife slice them into planks. Slice the planks into sticks like French fries taking two planks at a time. After that, cut them into cubes of half inches. Put these cubes into a pot, add water and a tablespoon of pink salt and boil for 8 minutes. Remove the pot from burner pour the potatoes into a dish.
Meanwhile, chop a half cup of yellow onion in medium size. Take one clove of garlic and chop it in very small size. Take two to three green onions and slice them. Green onions add a very bright taste as well as an attractive green look. Cheese is the main ingredient of cheesy potatoes. Grate up some cheese, cheddar or whatever you like.
Take three to four tablespoons of butter and melt them in a skillet/ frying pan. Add chopped yellow onion in melted butter and cook until they soft. Add in the chopped garlic clove and cook for two to three minutes, and then sprinkle some all-purpose flour. Cook until the flour absorbs. After that add a half cup of broth milk and keep on stirring.
When the mixture becomes creamy, removes the burner and adds cold sour cream and stir to combine with mixture. Put the boiled potatoes in a bowl, add the cream mixture and chopped green onion and sprinkle some pink salt and black pepper according to your taste. Add grating cheese and mix well all ingredients.
Grease the baking dish with butter or oil and put the potato mixture in it. Spread the mixture evenly and bake in a preheated oven for at least 45 minutes until the brownish shade appears. Enjoy your lunch/dinner with the best ever cheesy potatoes.
