- Mix 2 cups of whole wheat flour with water to form a soft dough. Add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Let it rest for 15-30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin discs.
- Cook the rotis on a hot skillet for 30 seconds to 1 minute on each side, until brown spots appear.
