SHAMI KABAB THAT BRINGS UNFORGETTABLE FLAVOR
- In a large pot, combine the ground meat, soaked Himalayan Chef chana dal, finely chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, and Himalayan Chef Shami Kabab Masala.
- Add enough water to cover the mixture and cook over medium heat until the dal is soft and the water has evaporated.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, then transfer to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped green chilies, fresh coriander, and Himalayan Chef pink salt to taste.
- Add the egg and mix well to bind the ingredients.
- Shape the mixture into flat, round patties.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties in batches, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the kababs from the pan and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with chutney, salad, or as a sandwich filling.
