MAKE YOUR PULAO SPECIAL
- Add meat, Himalayan Chef Pulao Masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, and water.
- Cook on low heat with a covered lid until the meat tenders.
- Add yogurt, stir, and set aside.
- Separately, add 2 tablespoons of Himalayan Chef Pink Salt and the soaked rice to 15 cups (3 liters) of boiling water. Rice should be boiled until it is 3/4 done. Remove and completely drain the water.
- Put half the rice in a pot and top with meat curry. The remaining rice is on top. If desired, add food coloring.
- Brown onion in oil and pour on rice. Cover rice and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve Hot.
