GARLIC PARMESAN SPAGHETTI WITH OLIVE OIL
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté until fragrant and golden brown.
- Once the pasta is cooked, reserve about 1/2 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
- Add the drained pasta to the pan with the garlic and olive oil and toss to coat.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and a little bit of the reserved pasta water to the pan and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and serve hot.
