OAT FLOUR BANANA BREAD
- 2 cups Himalayan Chef Oat Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional add-ins: chopped nuts, chocolate chips, dried fruit
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray or butter.
