SPICY STIR-FRIED VEGETABLES WITH MUSTARD OIL
- Heat the Himalayan Chef Mustard Oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add the sliced onion, minced garlic, and grated ginger to the pan. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the red and green bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add the broccoli florets, snap peas, and carrot slices to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar. Add the Himalayan Chef Red Chili Crushed Flakes if you like it spicy. Season with Himalayan Chef Pink salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the spicy stir-fried vegetables over cooked rice.
