Fry onion and ginger until they are golden brown in oil.
- Add tomatoes and cook until they are softened.
- Add Himalayan Chef Garam Masala, Himalayan Chef Turmeric Powder, and Himalayan Chef Pink Salt. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Add potatoes, peas, and 2 cups of water and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Keep stirring along.
