- Take ½ cup dried apricot, 1 large chopped onion, 1 tbs fresh ginger powder, ¼ tsp salt, 1 tsp green cardamom powder, ½ tsp cinnamon, 1 small chopped green chili, ½ cup apple juice, and ½ cup Himalayan Chef Shakar.
- Cook them for 45 minutes or until the mixture become enough thick.
- Place in the refrigerator in an airtight jar.
