Take 2-3 Cups Himalayan Chef Daal Mash every week in your diet, its high Iron, protein, antioxidants and Fiber Content makes up for your Daily Dietary Recommendations.
Soak 1 ½ cup of Daal Mash for 20 minutes before cooking. Place Daal into a saucepan with 1 cup of water and bring to boil. Cover and simmer until all the water has been absorbed for about 15 minutes. You can enjoy rice and curry with it and add Desi Ghee to enhance the flavor. It makes the best combination with Tandoori Roti, Homemade Roti, Naan, and Paratha!
