- In a heated oil add Himalayan Chef Fried Onions, and tomato and cook until the oil separates from it.
- Mix the meat, yogurt, ginger, potatoes, garlic, and Himalayan Chef Bombay Biryani Masala in a deep pan and fry for 10 minutes.
- Add water (4 cups for beef/lamb, 2 cups for chicken). Cover the lid and cook over low heat until the meat is tender.
