  • Heat Himalayan Chef Cooking Oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the thinly sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • Stir in the garlic and ginger pastes, cooking for another minute.
  • Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned on all sides.
  • Mix in the Himalayan Chef turmeric powder, Himalayan Chef red chili powder, and Himalayan Chef Pink Salt, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they are soft and blended into the mixture.
  • Stir in the yogurt and cook for a few minutes until it is well blended with the chicken.
