AJWAIN PARATHA THAT BRINGS CLASSIC FLAVOR
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Himalayan Chef whole wheat flour, Himalayan Chef Ajwain Seeds, and salt.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of Himalayan Chef ghee and mix well.
- Gradually add water, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
