Consider toasting the Wheat Daliya for extra flavor. Use a Water-to-Daliya ratio of 2:1, adding a pinch of salt to the water. Simmer on low heat for 15-20 Minutes until tender.

- Add Himalayan Chef Desi Ghee to a pan and allow it to melt. Add the dalia once the ghee has melted, then roast it till golden brown on a medium burner.
- Add hot water and let it boil as soon as it turns golden brown. Once boiling, turn down the heat, cover the pan, and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Add Himalayan Chef Jaggery, turn up the flame to full, and thoroughly combine. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the dalia has completely absorbed the sugar.
- Turn off the heat when the daliya is thick and dark in color. Garnish it with Himalayan Chef Mix Dry Fruits.
