ROASTED VEGETABLES WITH VEGETABLE OIL
- Heat the Himalayan Chef Vegetable Oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat.
- Add the onion and garlic and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the red and green bell peppers and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes, until slightly softened.
