We needed Aged Basmati Rice for a recipe and we were thrilled with the quality and flavor of this product. It was also incredibly clean, with hardly any starch coming off when rinsed. It cooked up well and while somewhat spendy, it was worth the money!

This is a nice quality long grain rice not as fragile as other Basmati products on the market. The 10lbs zipper bag helps with storage and is a good seal against bugs. I have cooked rice every week for the last 2 years and this product holds up to the pressure cooker styles rice cookers and absorbs seasoning well.
Used this rice to cook biryani and it turned out really tasty. Unlike other rice grains that starts to break if soaked longer in water, these remained intact. It is very tasteful. But this rice is not that aromatic when cooking.
This basmati rice is a good buy. Nice quality for the price. I often buy 10lb. bags of rice because it goes nice with different meats and veggies. I like the flavor and texture. Of course, it's mostly personal preferences and the way you cook it.
