RECIPE OF QEEMA THAT BRINGS JOY
- Fry finely chopped 3 medium onions in 1 cup of cooking oil.
- Add 2 teaspoons of garlic and ginger, 100g bag of Himalayan Chef Qeema Masala (dissolved in ½ cup of water), and I kg beef keema. Cook until all liquid is dry.
- Add 1-2 cups of water along with 2 medium chopped tomatoes. Cook under cover at low heat until the meat tenders.
- Add 3–4 finely chopped medium green chilies, and 2 tablespoons fresh green coriander, and cook the meat until the oil separates from it.
- Serve hot with roti or naan.
