Chicken Biryani
Cooking Time: 40 Minutes

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken: 700 g
- Tomatoes: 140 g (square cubes)
- Himalayan Chef Fried Onion: 125 g (Chopped)
- Himalayan Chef Ginger Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Himalayan Chef Garlic Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Himalayan Chef Red Chili Powder: 1 Tsp.
- Himalayan Chef Gram Masala: 1 Tsp.
- Himalayan Chef Pink Salt: 1 Tsp.
- Green Chilies: 3 Large
- Cooking Oil: 3 Tbsp.
Cooking STEPS
- Marinate the Chicken in Himalayan Chef Biryani Masala by Squeezing one Large Lemon Juice over it.
- Preheat the Stove. Pour Oil in the Pan. After that when oil is hot then Add Himalayan Chef Fried
- Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Red Chili Powder and Gram Masala.
- After 10-12 Minutes of Constant Mixing this Gravy, add Marinated Chicken. Cook it until the Meat becomes Tender.
- Now add Yogurt ½ Cup in the Same Masala.
- When Seizing Cooking Meat leaves the Oil, then your Biryani Masala is ready.
- In a Separate Pan, boil the Himalayan Chef Super Basmati Rice. (Soak this rice for at least 10 Minutes). Here you need to add Himalayan Pink Salt 3 Tbsp. In 7 Glass of Water.
- When it boils, mix this fluffy Rice with Biryani Masala.
- Delicious Spicy Biryani is ready. Add Green Chilies and Coriander as a garnish.

INGREDIENTS
- Chicken: 700g

- Himalayan Chef Ginger Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Himalayan Chef Garlic Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Himalayan Chef Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Himalayan Chef Gram Masala: 1 teaspoon
- Himalayan Chef Pink Salt: 1 teaspoon
- Himalayan Chef Korma Masala: 7 Teaspoon
- Green Chilies: 3 Large
- Cooking Oil: 3 Tablespoon
STEPS
- Marinate the Chicken in Himalayan Chef Korma Masala by squeezing one large Lemon Juice over it.
- Preheat the stove. Pour oil in the pan. After that when oil is hot then adds Himalayan Chef Fried Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Salt, Red Chili Powder and Gram Masala.
- After 10-12 minutes of constant mixing, add marinated Chicken. Cook it until the meat becomes tender.
- Now add ½-cup yogurt in the same masala.
- When seizing cooking meat leaves oil, then your Korma Masala is ready.
- Serve this delicious meal with Naan and Raita.
