- In a large saucepan, slowly heat the 200 ml cream and 700 ml milk until just below boiling point. Meanwhile, whisk together the 4 egg yolks, 3 tbsp Himalayan Chef Corn Flour 6 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a large mixing basin. Pour the heated milk mixture into the sugar mixture gradually, whisking continuously.
- Wipe out the pot and re-add the mixture. Stir slowly with a wooden spoon until the custard thickens but no lumps develop. Serve hot or cold.
