GOAT GHEE ROASTED VEGETABLES!
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and chop the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the vegetables with the goat ghee, salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.
