There is nothing easier than making these roasted potatoes. The recipe would be best for filling your hungry belly whenever you would want a quick and easy way to have a delicious meal. If you don’t want to consume much time on roasting, just boil the potatoes for ten minutes and then just toss them with olive oil, sprinkle Parmesan and breadcrumbs, bake and enjoy. Speedy!!
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 medium red potatoes, washed and cubed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Himalayan salt all-purpose seasoning
First of all, preheat oven to 425 F degrees. Take fresh red potatoes, wash them, peel them and cut into medium size cubes. Take a medium size pot, fill it with water, add the potatoes and boil them for at least ten minutes until they are the little tender. Don’t cook through. Take a bowl, add Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, and Himalayan pink salt all-purpose seasoning, mix them well. Drain the boiled potatoes and toss with olive oil. Add the Parmesan mixture and make sure that all the potatoes are covered well with the mixture. Put the bowl in oven and bake for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are golden.
